Pads
Teca-Print pads are supplied in 3 shore hardness' and graded by colours for
recognition;
GREEN - SOFT
RED - MEDIUM
BLUE - HARD
As a general rule, the harder the pad, the better the print, however, due to the
varying substrates and texture of substrate, it maybe the case that the hardest
pad does not produce the best print transfer and therefore a softer pad must
be used.
Examples: a hard pad would be used to print onto textured surfaces. A softer
pad would be used to print onto a cylinder.
StarX Pads
The StarX pads are antistatic and swell-resistant properties, this allows
a perfect ink transfer, practically no ink splashes on the edges of the
image or ink remaining on the pad, even when working with changing
printing images.
StarX pads possess a high mechanical resistance and enable longer pad
lifespan, even when printing on textured surfaces or even sharp edges
of the printing part. They are extremely user friendly and ready to use
immediately without a long activation.
Cleaning Tapes
Teca-Print's cleaning tape was specially developed for our pad cleaning devices
and ensures a reliable cleaning process, while leaving almost no ink residue.
WG701 Cleaning Equipment
The cleaning equipment is made of stainless steel with a glass lid
and solvent-resistant gloves.

Coordinate Tables MG and KT
Coordinate Tables MG0, KT50, KT30 and KT10 have adjustable X, Y
and Z-axis and rotate a full 360 degrees.
Height Adjustable Peripheral Stand
As an option to Teca-Print's Serie X5 pad printing machines,
the height adjustable peripheral stand enables the operator to
correct the height of the periphery device or coordinate table.
The working height for the ink deposit over the printed parts,
regardless of the size of the part, fixture or peripheral device
can now be corrected in only a few seconds.
Pad Height Compensator
In order to achieve your goals for demanding applications, Teca-Print
offers a range of pad height compensators. This accessory is useful
in applications of two of more colurs, which print larger print
images or in aooications printing on various height surfaces.
