As distributors of the new Agfa Pro Film Setters we are able to offer the perfect
solution for pad printers to take control of film production in-house. Features
include Agfa quality and performance, Wasatch RIP and screening with
integrated colour proofing as standard and Intec RIP station included.
The printers are easy to use and require little or no maintenance and can
be operated in a normal office or clean production environment. Film
setters are also widely used in the screen, litho and flexography industries.
By using Pro Film Setters in conjunction with CopyJet & SelectJet film you
can achieve instant in-house film separations with low-resolution black text
and halftone images. The film gives easy, instant-dry, digital output in full
daylight and has good water resistance. Simply put the film into the inkjet
printer and out comes the film positive. The film is available in sheets up
to A3+ (CopyJet) or in rolls ranging from 24" up to 62" (SelectJet) to suit
the range of Agfa Pro Film Setters available and details of these can be

The CopyJet film is used in-house here at Kaye-Dee by our own graphics
department for the production of etched steel and nylo printing plates.
This has helped us to offer high quality finished products with improved
accuracy and rapid production turn-round. We also have a number of
customers with their own in-house plate making facilities that already
purchase the film direct from Kaye-Dee enabling them to offer these
same benefits to their own customers.
