NEW UViSMOOTH Squeegee Blades – Increased UV resistance – Free rolls
These blades have a new formulation for increased resistance for UV and solvent inks giving increased durability. For the launch of these new squeegees Kaye-Dee is offering free samples and a price promotion giving 1 roll free for every 2 rolls ordered in February.

NEW RUCO - T40 Pad Printing Ink – High opacity/ high resistance
The recently developed T40 ink offers increased opacity, excellent mechanical and chemical resistance passing a number of industrial durability tests and is free from cyclohexanones and aromatic compounds.

NEW Teca-print - TPM161 Pad Printing Module – Precision and Speed
This machine was created for integration into automatic production systems. It is fitted with electromechanical servo drives for precision speeds up to 1800 cycles per hour.

NEW Teca-Print - TPS111 Cam drive Pad Printing Module – High speed
The electromechanical TPS111 machine will impress with an extremely fast print speed capacity, up to 4000 cycles per hour. It is exceptionally suitable for integration into automated systems and the printing of single colour images in high quantities.
Two separate cam disks drive the movements of the TPS111 machine: one for the inking mechanism and one for the vertical pad stroke. This makes the high print capacity possible. The speed of the TPS111 machine is infinitely adjustable in both automatic and set up modes

NEW Teca-Print – TPA61 fully pneumatic Pad printing Machine – precision and ease
The TPA 61 is the newest compact productive pad print solution. It is designed as a pure pneumatic 1 colour pad printing machine. As a result of an over-simplistic setup procedure the TPA61 is print ready in seconds. Additionally, the TPA61 is offered with a closed cup inking system. Existing 60 x 60mm steel clichés can even be used with this machine because of the newly developed adapter system.
