Pad printing is a process that has developed rapidly over the past twenty years
helped by the use of silicone rubber pads as a print medium. Th pads are made in
a veriety of shapes and the non-aborbent silicone surface ensures superb colour
transfer. The pad printing machines ensure repeatable high definition décor,
pictures or lettering onto uneven or cured surfaces as well as a wide variety of
substates.
Pad printing is a intaglio process. The process transfers the ink from a flat
acid-etched steel printing plate via a printing pad made from non-absorbent
silicone rubber and is transfered onto the substate (surface you wish to be printed).
