The TPX 301 pad printing system from Teca-Print will be on show demonstrating how the machine can be utilised for the most demanding of applications, by printing 7 colours 360 degrees around a medical/catheter style component. Machine speeds and pad positions are infinitely adjustable in the X3 machine series and all Teca-Print machines now come with a full 2 year warranty. Engineers from Teca-Print and Kaye-Dee will be available to answer questions about the pad printing process and will be happy to discuss your own pad-printing applications.   

Also on show will be the Foba fiberhome laser. This unit comprises the DP20F laser and desktop enclosure. This complete system offers as standard a motorised Z-axis, lighting, and an integrated camera which keeps the operator permanently informed about the current status inside the cabin. As an option, a servo-motorised axis is available which makes it possible to mark cylindrical or ring-shaped parts fully automatically. This compact system is ideally suited for small to medium quantities and can be used in a wide range of fields in industry. What’s more, the price is also very attractive – in the past the laser unit alone would have cost more! 

We also offer an extensive range of consumables including Ruco printing inks plus a colour-matching service. Additional services include in-house graphics for artwork/photopositive reproduction and chemical etching of steel/nylo-printing plates.
