Compact, user-friendly and with technical components in a newly defined dimension, the electromechanical, servo driven TPM 101 Pad Printing Machine is well-equipped to meet the demands of today’s markets.

With this machine, the highest demands for capacity and printing accuracy are fulfilled. Through the use of two servo motors and the horizontally fixed pad position, together with the simultaneous horizontal movement of the inking carriage, the TPM101 reaches a printing capacity of up to 4,200 cycles per hour. At the same time, the construction of the TPM101 ensures a very high level of printing accuracy.

Smart Step Controllers are used to control the motors, which provide additional advantages due to their small, compact style in addition to their high level of functionality. Because of their small size, all of the electrical components are integrated directly inside the machine housing so a separate control box is not necessary. The housing consists of one complete cover which can be easily removed, therefore the machine is especially user friendly, easy to maintain and compatible for clean rooms.

There are not only optical reasons which make the control via the new, coloured touch screen one of the highlights of the TPM 101: A clear, easy menu structure which is supported by visual depiction gives the TPM101 top marks for user-friendliness. In this way the user can directly choose between the available parameters of functions and make the requested adjustments. A visual depiction of the position which is adjusted makes the work even simpler. Due to its characteristics, the TPM 101 is optimally suited to be integrated into automated systems. Different printer positions are available and machine bases can also be utilized. Pad cleaning is available as a standard option.
